The 4-Phase Athlete System (12 Weeks)
Phase 1: Foundation (Weeks 1–3)
Build movement quality, stability, and correct mechanics. Prevent injury and create base.
Phase 3: Power & Acceleration (Weeks 7–9)
Convert strength into explosiveness. Improve speed, jumping, and quickness.
Phase 2: Strength (Weeks 4–6)
Develop raw force production. Strength is the base of all athletic performance.
Phase 4: Peak Performance (Weeks 10–12)
Apply all gains to real competition with speed, agility, and reaction.
